WaQment ships orders from Denmark to customers worldwide. 

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated based on the destination, order size, weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Orders are normally dispatched as soon as production and preparation are completed. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier and should therefore be considered indicative.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

WaQment is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.

If a shipment appears damaged upon arrival, we recommend documenting the packaging and products with photos and contacting WaQment as soon as possible.
